Day 1 (8.5 hours) 9:00 - 18:30

Day 2 (8.5 hours) 8:30 - 18:00

Venue:  National Chuo Youth Friendship Center.

Course fee: 41,500 yen (tax included)

 

Meals: Available (dinner on day 1 to lunch on day 2)

*Additional food costs of 2,540 yen for three meals must be paid in cash on site.

 

Accommodation: Available

 

*Separate rooms for men and women.

*Additional accommodation costs of 2,500 yen must be paid in cash on site.

What you need for lectures and practical training

・ Day bag (enough to carry your belongings during outdoor training)

・ Warm clothes, rain gear, change of clothes, towels, etc. (please bring more)

*As you will not only practice rescue, but also act as injured people, please prepare your clothes to get dirty, wet, or torn.

・ Wristwatch (one that can measure seconds or has a second hand)

・ Headlamp

・ Lunch, drinks, portable food, etc.

・ Teaching materials (distributed in advance by WMAJ), writing utensils, something to take notes on, etc.

・ Camping mat

・ Anything else you think you will need for outdoor activities (if you are a guide, we recommend that you bring all the normal equipment for guiding)

 

Regarding training rooms and accommodation

・ Please keep your valuables with you.

・There are no amenities such as body soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

・In the accommodation building, it is more comfortable to bring indoor shoes or slippers.

・There is a convenience store nearby. (10-minute walk)

・As this is an educational facility for young people, please observe the rules for using the facility. Please see the facility's website for details.
